How to get
there:
Directions to Catterick Race Course
ROAD The Racecourse is situated just off the A1
approximately 5 miles south of Scotch Corner. Quick reference to a road
atlas will show you that the exit at Catterick Village is the most
suitable point to leave the A1. The Racecourse is situated on the
outskirts of the village and well signposted from the A1.
RAIL
Darlington is the most conveniently situated railway station,
approximately 15 miles from the Racecourse. The United Bus Station is
easily found by exiting the railway station (via the back entrance)
andwalking down Victoria Road. Buses run frequently to Catterick Bridge
and stop outside the Racecourse. Call the Bus Station on (08706) 082608
to confirm bus times and plan your journey. If you would prefer to take
a cab call ‘Eclipse Taxis’ on (01748) 821414.
AIR RAF Leeming is approximately 10 miles from the
Racecourse and caters for light aircraft, telephone (01677) 423041.
